2- an email address and phone number of that person.  They will be sent an email to confirm your work.

If you are unsure of whether or not your activity counts towards graduation, ask yourself these questions:

1-  Am I being paid?

s-  Is the person gaining financially from your work?  Am I displacing a paid employee?

3-  Am I working with dangerous equipment?

  • Check out the bulletin board outside of the guidance area for some Community Service Opportunities or listen to morning announcements.

The community involvement requirement is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop awareness and understanding about civic responsibility. They can actively participate in supporting and strengthening their communities. It also provides the opportunity for students to learn more about themselves and possible career opportunities.

Students can start accumulating hours in the summer before entering Grade 9.
