Field Hockey
All field hockey players should check their email over the weekend.  First team decisions will be made soon, and there will be final tryouts for the second team on Tuesday.

Also a big congratulations on everyone's performances yesterday at the revamp tournament.  You made Eden proud with your sportsmanship, and play on the field!  Both teams had the most success of any Eden teams at this tournament, with the first team narrowly losing to last year's OFSSA silver medalists by only one goal!  WOW!

EDEN WRITERS
Do you love to write, have opinions to share, or want a chance to see your work published?  If you’re interested in learning more about writing opportunities like Cappies, The Flyer, and more, come to a quick information session today in Room 226 at lunch. No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and your ideas. We hope to see you there!

FRENCH CLUB
Bonjour, Flyers!  The student-led French Club here at Eden meets today in Room 110, at lunch. Come out and meet new people of all grade levels who are interested in improving their French speaking beyond the classroom.  À bientôt, and we look forward to seeing you!

Chess Club
Attention Chess Club! Our first tournament of the year will be on October 1 at Laura Secord Secondary School. Please see Mr. Maguire to get a permission form or take one from the folder on the outside of Room 230.

Debate Club
Debate Club has a brief info meeting next Tuesday at lunch in Room 237, so if you like talking, sharing opinions or just arguing with your friends, come check it out!
