FINAL OFSAA UPDATE – Sr. Girls Volleyball
The Eden Sr. Girls Volleyball team wrapped up their OFSAA tournament, falling in the Consolation Quarter-Finals to a very strong Adam Scott CVI team, who went on to compete in the Consolation Final.
The girls had really begun to find their rhythm and battled hard throughout that last match, but in the end we just made more mistakes than our opponent. What matters most is that this group absolutely earned their place on the OFSAA stage this year. While it is frustrating to know we didn’t quite play our very best volleyball in this final tournament, we are incredibly proud to have been there representing Eden. This group has already made it clear—they plan to dust themselves off and come back stronger, wiser, and even more determined next season.
Of course, moments like this also mean saying goodbye to some very special players. We recognize our seniors Jenna, Alyssa, Ema, and Tessa as amazing athletes who have helped shape the culture of our program with their leadership, work ethic, and team-first attitude. They have left a lasting mark on Eden volleyball and will be greatly missed. We’re VERY proud of all of you on the team for what you brought all season. . .Go Flyers! 🦅🏐
