Black History Month
As Black History Month comes to a close, let's remember that Black history is Canadian history—all year round. Let's continue to listen to Black voices, celebrate Black joy, and work for a more inclusive future.

Track and Field
Anyone interested in Track and field this year please scan the QR code, which can be found outside the PE office or 237 (Mrs. Kostesky’s room). We will be having an information meeting Tuesday March 10th in Gym AB. If you cannot make it to the meeting, please talk to Mrs. Kostesky prior to Tuesday 10th.

Asian Heritage Club
The Asian Heritage Club will have a meeting in room 233. See you there.

Model United Nations
Yesterday, Eden’s Model UN team attended the DSBN Model United Nations conference at the Board Office, where three separate committees were running. We are incredibly proud to announce that Eden students won the Gold Delegate Award for the Top Delegate  in all three committees! Congratulations to Ava Knapp, Lahza Al Najwa, and Alistair Tomori for this outstanding achievement. A special shoutout as well to Scout Barnes, who earned a Silver Delegate Award as an Honourable Mention in her committee. Congratulations to all Eden delegates for representing our school so well. 

Drama - NTS Drama Festival Results
This week the cast and crew of Eden’s student-written play, Buzzwords, competed in the NTS Drama Festival, showcasing their incredible creative talent.  They put on an incredible show and came away with a number of prestigious awards.  

• The Cast of Buzzwords received an Award of Distinctive Merit for Acting in an Ensemble.

• Gabriella Duncan and Claira MeWhinney won The Joseph Veyda award for excellence in Stage Management.

• The cast and crew won The Brock University Award for Best Experimental Play.

• Nathan Beecroft-Penner won the Award for Outstanding New Play.

A huge congratulations goes out to everyone who put in the hard work to once again show that Eden Drama is a force to be reckoned with!

Good morning Eden from Ms.Kent
I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to support the Senior Girls Volleyball team at their SOSSA match. The gym was absolutely electric. The energy was contagious, and the roar of the Eden crowd echoed through every point.

Eden, your cheers, chants, and unwavering support lifted our athletes and gave them the extra push they needed in critical moments.  The noise in the gym was deafening in the best possible way. Every serve, every dig, and every point won was fueled by the passion and pride coming from the stands. The team could feel your belief in them. Thank you. Eden, for your help in pushing the Senior Girls Volleyball team towards their title as SOSSA Champions!  Thank you for this incredible example of school spirit.  

A thank you also for our incredible volunteers on lines and scorekeeping.  They kept their cool and made some high pressure calls. When you see our players today, please congratulate them on their accomplishment.
